Ed Laine has done it all. He was a lender for 30 years. A Realtor for 20 years. A general contractor. A series 7 license holder. He has been a Loan Officer, an Underwriter, a Realtor; you name it. He has done it all in the Real Estate Industry.
Ed is also very active in the community. He sits on the Boards of Youth Sports Organizations (Little League, SYFA and others). He has coached youth sports (Football, Baseball, Basketball, Soccer and more). As a two sport, Division 1 Athlete, he knows the importance of work ethic and teamwork. He even played semi-professional water polo in Australia, so you can add “world traveler” to his resume.

Show more Ed was the second realtor we worked with in our search for land. The first time we talked we could sense that Ed was different from most realtors. We new that what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend was going to make for a challenging search. Ed told us it was possible but he needed time to research what was our there. Ed only sent property that was exactly what we were looking for. Well less than a month later we were making a offer and 3 weeks later we owned a very beautiful 5 acre parcel. And to top it off we found out after closing that the property was worth almost double what we paid for it. I could write for hours it seems trying to describe our experience with him. This is the 8th property we have either purchased or sold and Ed is the kindest most knowledgeable realtor and person.
